International Private Bank (IPB) Wealth Management Lending is focused on providing loan type products and traditional banking services to high net-worth individuals and their trusts, partnerships and wealth holding entities. As part of the business management team, you will be responsible for supporting all the strategic topics including financials and KPI’s and ensuring that all the controls are in place, accurate, and in compliance with internal KOPs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing board decks and other presentations to senior management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the successful delivery of the lending Chief Operating Office (COO) strategy and execution
Assist the COO and business managers in reviewing of the financials of Wealth Management Lending, reconciliation, delta explanations, flash/forecast, including treasury related topics
Assist in monitoring of daily flows and related reporting and support in financial planning, revenues, costs, and asset liability management (ALM) topics as well as analyses for lender KPI’s
Support pipeline and business development efforts
Presentations to the COO and head of business, including financials and strategy
Provide backup to colleagues
Your Skills and Experience:
Undergraduate degree required with relevant banking or finance industry experience
Solid finance/MIS background preferred
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize time sensitive tasks in an efficient manner
Solid communication, presentation and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
