Sr. Analyst, Workforce Management

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Management will oversee the roadmap for our workforce management solution, Kronos, developing and refining labor standards and inputs that affect our labor model and scheduling operations. You will partner with finance, field leaders and the Sr. Manager of Retail Labor & Analytics to identify and implement programs that improve productivity. You'll also work closely with field leadership to identify stores with productivity challenges, provide insights and create action plans to ensure the fleet can continue to grow top line sales. You will report to the Senior Manager of Retail Labor & Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and labor scheduling across the US fleet with responsibility to track, impact and improve important WFM goals

  • Identify opportunities to improve schedule quality and optimize labor investments, developing and maintaining roadmaps for labor and scheduling projects

  • Oversee daily operations for labor management and scheduling, supporting issue resolution and escalation management with partners

  • Partner with our WFM vendor, Kronos, and IT teams to identify new features and capabilities

  • Support process mapping plans and creating new store processes, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Partner with the Global Productivity Team to create and improve labor standards for application within the labor model

  • Create and maintain SOPs and training on WFM for all field team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Expertise with Workforce Management, retail analytics, and data modeling

  • Kronos WFM is required

  • Experience in store operations, project management and developing labor standards will all be helpful

  • Specialized knowledge of retail processes and labor scheduling

  • The vision and desire to lead a complex program across a diverse fleet of stores

  • Advanced Excel analytic functions and PowerPoint required

  • System configuration experience will be helpful
