The Senior Analyst, Workforce Management will oversee the roadmap for our workforce management solution, Kronos, developing and refining labor standards and inputs that affect our labor model and scheduling operations. You will partner with finance, field leaders and the Sr. Manager of Retail Labor & Analytics to identify and implement programs that improve productivity. You'll also work closely with field leadership to identify stores with productivity challenges, provide insights and create action plans to ensure the fleet can continue to grow top line sales. You will report to the Senior Manager of Retail Labor & Analytics.
