Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Line Facilitator is responsible for supervising a group of associates to meet company-manufacturing goals. They will participate in the day-to-day operations, with responsibilities for producing products at minimum costs and consistent with quality specifications and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide direction to an assigned group/team and ensure efficient use of equipment, personnel, and materials.
  • Lead and drive non-conformances investigation upon resolution.
  • Drive and facilitate employee involvement to meet Quality and Compliance requirements.
  • Track and monitor quality requirements and production’s needs to ensure that EPS rules are followed.
  • Communicate operations status and issues to people involved in the manufacturing performance Integrated Production Teams (IPT).
  • Facilitate communication to associates and build a CREDO based environment within your direct group/team.
  • Analyze conflicts and problems on areas of responsibility and provide appropriate and timely responses.
  • Reinforce safe practices in the use of machinery/equipment and maintain a safe environment, anticipating and solving emerging situations.
  • Request and use information from management that would help in planning, organizing, communicating, or facilitating employees.
  • Identify, analyze, and collaborate to reduce costs and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes and product quality.
  • Align with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001)

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; focused degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in the manufacturing regulated industry is required; previous COOP and/or internship experience will be considered.
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish, oral, and written) is required.
  • Availability to work in a 2nd shift is required.
  • Availability and flexibility to work in any of the three shifts, overtime and irregular hours is required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, attention to detail, and leadership skills is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Demonstrated agility to learn and adapt, lead change, and work under pressure to achieve consistently high results in quality, efficiency, and compliance through individual and team efforts is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
  • People management or supervisory experience (direct or indirect) is preferred.
  • Planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and negotiation skills is preferred.
  • Experience, training, or certification in Six Sigma/Lean tools & methodologies is preferred.
