Job Description
Sr. Analyst Headcount Reporting

Johnson & Johnson's family of Companies is recruiting for Sr. Analyst – Headcount Reporting. The individual will be an integral member of the SigniFi team.

This person will help to develop and implement the future state headcount (actuals and forecast) reporting process and drive the transition from legacy the process. This will involve a lot of change management communications with the global organization, and coordination with the SigniFi project team. This position will own the monthly headcount reports (including the Orphan Head process) and quarterly Global BRAVO Headcount submissions.

Analytical ability is required and proven understanding of systems capabilities and reporting is a plus. The global headcount reporting process will account for all J&J employees globally, and the reports which this role will be responsible for will impact J&J’s internal management reporting as well as J&J’s external reporting to Analysts, and Investors.

Approximate Percentage of Time

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • 50% Managing daily headcount communications and leading issue resolution
  • 25% Creating and communicating the monthly headcount reports
  • 25% Driving improvements/enhancements and transition to new headcount reporting process



  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience
  • MS Office (Advanced level);
  • Strong written communication skills (in English)
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to detect and correct data errors
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent work streams;
  • Ability to be self directed based on goals and objectives, with minimal oversight
