Intel's Logic Technology Development (LTD) Sort Test Class and Burn-In Test Area supports electrical test of development products. The E-Test Process Engineer job includes writing and managing DC parametric test files and algorithm libraries to measure test wafers on advanced parametric test systems running in a high volume fully automated manufacturing environment and interfacing with and supporting the LTD customers of this data. PTD Module Engineers are responsible for :
Leading scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures. Designing executing and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process. Participate in development of intellectual property.
