Coordinates the activities of the Conflict of Interest Research Committee (COI-RC) and Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) program. Analyzes submissions of monitoring plan documents, conducts preliminary review and compiles information for the monitors. Participates in conducting RCR education/outreach activities for faculty, staff and students.



  • Coordinates the activities of the Conflict of Interest in Research Committee (COI-RC).

  • Analyzes monitoring plan submissions to ensure they are complete and provides support to the COI-RC.

  • Records meeting minutes of convened committee meetings.

  • Updates employees on the status of monitoring plans.

  • Processes and/or drafts approval letters for initial and renewal monitoring plans.

  • Coordinates the Responsible Conduct of Research Program

  • Participates in conducting ORI compliance education/outreach activities for faculty, staff and students.

  • Assists with post approval monitoring activities.

  • Provides support to other areas within Research Integrity.

  • Assist with foreign influences as needed

  • Performs other related duties required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.


 


 


Minimum Qualification:



  • Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.


Departmental Requirements:



  • Ability and skills to conduct presentations.


Advertised Salary:



  • $40,000 - $50,000
