We had been trending towards remote work before the pandemic and we will continue to embrace this unstoppable trend in 2021 and beyond. The People Ops Lead will help build inclusive remote teamwork and communications experiences.

Beyond day to day People Operations work at EverTrue, this position will also serve an integral role in bringing these practices to our Donor Experience Management Program. Donor Experience Management clients and Donor Experience Officers (DXOs) marry inside-sales workflows and strategy with fundraising, relationship building and stewardship workflows in order to engage, renew, and reactivate donors for the institution. While DXOs are employees at their respective institutions, the EverTrue partnership shares responsibility for training and coaching each DXO to ensure they achieve their goals. The People Operations Lead will play a key role in working with the DXO Team to design and implement inclusive and equitable recruitment and onboarding processes.
