Marines Leadership Training Program for College Students & Graduates - Apply Today!

The Marine Corps is currently looking for high quality leaders with rich and varied backgrounds to continue the guidance and development of the diverse group of our nation's finest who make up our Corps.

Marine Corps Officer Programs afford college students and graduates an opportunity to earn a Commission through a challenging leadership program at Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia. Basic qualifications for the leadership program include:
  • U.S citizenship
  • possession of at least Bachelor's Degree or to be a full time student in an accredited university
  • SAT score of 1000 or higher (Math & Critical reading) OR 22 or higher on the ACT
  • ... and ability to score a 225 or higher on the USMC physical fitness test
Individuals interested in Marine Corps opportunities have the opportunity to choose from guaranteed flight contracts (pilot), Judge advocate contracts (Lawyer), and over 20 different ground based jobs ranging from infantry, to public affairs, to logistics, and everything in between.

The leadership training is paid, goes only in the summer for college students, and in the summer, fall, and winter for college graduates. Tangible benefits of becoming a Marine Corps Officer include health and dental insurance, monthly housing and subsistence (food) allowances, and competitive starting pay with guaranteed advancement.
