Chris provides strategic direction and analysis for corporate real estate clients throughout the Americas East region. He is an experienced leader who has led in the development and build-out of over two million square feet of commercial property, and managed over $65M in lease and sales transactions, and directed property operations for over six million square feet of office and industrial space.



Tony Perez, Panelist

Tony leads teams acting as primary strategic relationship manager for real estate, aligning space and facilities planning, delivery, security, and management with the needs of the business and patients. He is responsible for 18.5 million square feet (400+ properties, 977 acres of land) real estate portfolio in NC and SC. He manages a $140 million operating budget and $80 million in annual real estate deal flow. Tony has proven success in vendor management, asset management, business process reengineering, and strategic planning.



Tonya Brandon, Panelist

Tonya is responsible for coordinating and enabling resources to identify, develop and lead value adding supply chain solutions. She is a results oriented leader with experience in property and project management, engineering, and account governance. She was the Regional Director for FM, PJM, & CF Services in 6-states, 5MM portfolio. Tonya is currently the Chair of CBRE African-American Network Group.



Adrienne Bain, Panelist
Vice President, Citizens Bank


Adrienne is experienced in commercial real estate finance and portfolio management. She is the Principal of B Squared Group, a commercial real estate investment firm, based in St. Louis, MO. She has proven success in debt structuring, financial analysis, competitive analysis, business and corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. Adrienne is the President-Elect of CREW Charlotte.
