The Murphy Institute for Worker Education and Labor Studies
The Murphy Institute for Worker Education and Labor Studies at the CUNY School of Professional Studies is pleased to announce the launch of a national scholarship competition dedicated to fostering diverse leadership in the labor movement and academic field of labor studies.
If you’re seeking to make a difference, advocating for equity within the community, workplace, or the world, we can make it happen. The Joseph S. Murphy Scholarship for Diversity in Labor allows students from under-represented populations to realize their goals, with financial support.
- Up tp $30,000 for graduate study
- Up to $20,000 for undergraduate study
