Military Veterans - Are you ready for the next level?

We understand that transitioning from a military career to a corporate one can feel overwhelming. We know because we've been there with our "We Still Serve" community, a network of military veterans employed by us. Our mission is to assist veterans and former military personnel to explore career opportunities at Microsoft.

The Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA) is designed for Active-Duty Servicemembers transitioning from Military Service and members of the Guard and Reserve. It is a full-time, 16 week education training course that provides training in the field of software development and testing. Participants are assigned to MSSA as their place of duty for the duration of the 16-week course and the course work is covered under the DODís Tuition Assistance (TA) benefit and/or Veterans Affairs GI Bill. Upon successful completion of the program, service members are given certification exams, and will have the opportunity to interview for full-time positions at Microsoft.

To be considered for Microsoft's 16-week technical training program for Military veterans transitioning out of the service, please visit the We Still Serve website, www.westillserve.com, and click the "Software & Systems Academy" tile for more program information.

Finally, Microsoft's Military Staffing Team will participate at the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC) in Washington, D.C., later this month. If youíre a Service Academy graduate, they look forward to seeing and connecting with you there.
