HBCU Connect is about providing a platform for our alum to network and connect with savvy organizations that are looking to hire from this tight knit community. Amazon's free, two-day virtual career summit - "Represent the Future, Success is Inclusive" - on Tuesday, October 20 and Wednesday, October 21, is an opportunity to connect our audience to a unique experience.
Amazon has designed the event to give an inside look at its global business ecosystem, customer-obsessed culture of diversity and inclusion, and the role innovation, invention, and intraprenuership play in building the future. The curated panels and conversations will be delivered through the lens of what matters to OUR community, featuring Amazon leaders and employees who understand the unique roads we travel as Black Americans.
Attendees will also enjoy musical breaks featuring four-time GRAMMY Award-winning Questlove; Billboard chart toppers DJs Nina Sky; DJ Supaman, a Native American dancer, hip hop artist, and member of the Apsaalooke Nation; along with a special performance by two-time GRAMMY Award nominated R&B super group Chloe x Halle.
