SHSU School of Nursing assistant professor E'Loria Simon-Campbell is no different. On campus, you can find Dr. Simon-Campbell teaching and mentoring nursing students.
Off campus, she is helping to improve cardiovascular healthcare in Texas, most recently being appointed by Governor Abbott to Texas' Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke.
In addition, as a member of the Institute of Spirituality and Health, she is working to promote diabetes self-management by educating faith-based communities of all religions in the Houston area.
