Going off to college signifies an important milestone in one's life. It allows you to break free from the confines of your parents' home and starts your journey to independence as an adult. As an adult, you are faced with many different challenges, decisions, and responsibilities that will shape who you become. Both being an adult and going to college creates an array of different opportunities to socialize, party, network, and date. Though it is wise to take advantage of college as a stepping stone to adulthood, it is also wise to be conscious of the consequences and responsibilities of having protected and unprotected sex.
