Miles College Named New Director of Alumni Affairs
Posted By: Kennedy Williams on May 20, 2022 Miles College recently named James Aaron L. Pierre, Jr. as Director of Alumni Affairs. In this role, Pierre will be responsible for the planning and implementation of programming to engage alumni in the strategic efforts of the college, as well as increasing annual fund support. Pierre will also cultivate current students to transition to active alumni through coordination with campus career services and mentoring programs. “I am extremely grateful to welcome James Aaron Pierre, Jr. back home to Miles College,” said Miles College President, Bobbie Knight. “I am confident that he will do a phenomenal job bridging the gap between the multiple generations of alumni and engaging with current students.” Pierre is a 2013 graduate of Miles College and has since gained tremendous recognition for his work. Prior to joining Miles College, Pierre spent four years in leadership roles with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Pierre is also the Founder & CEO of Elite Legends Enterprises, LLC.
