The employee can also decide to carry over the annual leave days but do not exceed 30 days. Women also have the right to receive a 26 weeks maternity paid leave.
The right against harassment at work

As a woman, or any other person receiving inappropriate advances in a workplace, whether big or small, you should report to your employer. The employer should then take immediate action and reprimand the culprit.
