WITHIN YOUR TEAM

As a helpdesk technician you will provide tier two support to our associates via Microsoft Teams, phone calls, email and in person interactions. As a helpdesk technician you will ask appropriate questions and use your knowledge to resolve the associates helpdesk tickets. You will work with the rest of the global team to resolve issues as they arise and escalate issues as needed.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

In this role you will grow your knowledge and skills while supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You will learn new technologies and create standard work to help associates use those new technologies. Your attention to details will help you expand your knowledge and resolve support requests in a timely manner.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets via phone, email, in person, or through remote access
  • Provide technical support with the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Training new associates on their first day, training existing associates as needed
  • Create and maintain standard work documentation for new and existing processes
  • Coordinate with a global team on supporting a global user base

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

  • Strong at problem solving with proven analytical and team working skills
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to new learning new technologies

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Previous experience in helpdesk support
  • Knowledge Windows and MAC operating systems, Microsoft Office and proper hardware setup of computers is required
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills as well as good communication and customer support skills
  • Experience with setting up computers including both the hardware and software aspects
  • Previous experience supporting Microsoft systems
