The Product Manager is responsible to drive profitable growth on conceptualizing, developing, launching and managing embedded Print QC and Profiling offerings:

Your responsibilities at X-Rite, include:

New Product Development

• Collect, analyze, and interpret voice of customer and market data to gain winning insights into new product opportunities and requirements for embedded print and quality control solutions and profiling tools
• Partner with relevant functions, especially X-Rite's OEM and R&D teams, to manage speed-to-market, development costs, quality, and risk. Lead new product development projects from ideation, through project approval and development, to launch and commercialization. A key success factor is the ability to align internal development projects with timelines set by large accounts, such as OEMs or large, channel partners.
• Own the product launch process ensuring total customer satisfaction. Develop and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders and partners, so they can market, sell, and support the product from day one.
• Ensure XRites embedded QC and profiling portfolio roadmaps meets the most valuable problems found in the markets we and our OEM customers serve.
• Expand X-Rite's profiling solution with a subscription-based extension of the digital services available to the current profiling workflow for pre-press and pre-media.

Product Line Health

• Develop pricing, revenue, and gross margin forecasts based on market sizing and customer value. Manage monthly reporting and/or corrective actions.
• Engage on a day-to-day basis with the X-Rite OEM team to deliver category growth within the specified accounts.
• Manage revenue forecasting accuracy, product gross margin, and quality metrics. Provide Production, Inventory Sales (PSI) for production planning. Present performance KPIs results to senior leadership for review and action.
• Perform regular product line reviews and problem-solving initiatives to identify and correct gaps to plan.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably within a comparable industry managing full-stack solutions including hardware and software (SaaS).
• A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond; bringing a passionate and positive approach to delivering results and encouraging teamwork.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills. Able to lead, influence, and gain consensus / followership without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally (20%). Ability to frequently meet colleagues digitally in different time zones
