Job Description

The position is a part of Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations team for Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning using cloud-based IAM solution.  This new position will support automated account creation for web applications for various lines of businesses; maintain and track documents and artifacts; review access requests for proper authorization and produce reports to assist customers for reviewing user access.

The successful candidate will also assist in the review of existing systems security issues and procedures and develop and maintain familiarity with access control bank procedures and security policies.


  • Just-in-Time provisioning of privileged access within defined service level agreements.
  • Operational support for JIT provisioning automation and cloud solution while managing incident support, failures and analytic data to resolve.
  • Highlight/identify risks and provide mitigation approach for IdaaS integrations. Must have ideation skills to help the team explore solutions.
  • Partner with engineers during implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with different teams to initiate action, manage change, contribute to high impact decisions and accept challenging assignments. Able to foster robust working relationships with teams.
  • Possess leadership skills, and ability to maintain composure under stress and achieve deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Timely escalation of status, issues, and risks. 
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of security policies/standards/risk controls implementation of new solutions and technologies providing support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions
  • Assist in audit compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 3+ years of experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, problem and incident management, and availability management, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 2 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.
  • 3+ years of experience with Information security domains (data, crypto, IAM, network, platform or application)
  • 1+ year of MS Active Directory experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
  • 1+ years of experience administering and managing RSA ACE/Servers
  • 2+ years of RSA Authentication Manager 8.x administration and server support experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Practical agile methodology experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • 1+ year of PAC2000 experience
