Customer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP)
The Chief Customer Office is a function that spans Wells Fargo’s three Consumer Lines of Business. The goal of the function is to build cutting-edge data and analytics assets and deploy them to directly improve Customer Experience and deepen customer relationships – across digital, marketing and front-line channels.
The Consumer Analytics Group will have the responsibility for all modeling, as well as Paid & Owned Channel analytics for the Consumer businesses. In addition, it will support Marketing Science for CSBB.
The Consumer Media & Owned Marketing Channel Science function will focus on all paid media & owned channel tactics/programs across the Consumer businesses. Each Consumer business will have their own Marketing Science groups that will be responsible for the marketing analytics for their respective areas. This function will compliment those groups by acting as a centralized function to understand how our paid media and owned channel tactics are performing across CSBB, Consumer Lending, and Wealth & Investment Management. They will partner with the Marketing Science groups to ensure tactics are coordinated, complimentary, and optimized.
This function will directly support the Consumer Marketing CMOs and their leadership team members providing comprehensive views on how our collective paid media and owned channel initiatives are working, provide insights, and generate/promote best-practices.
Areas of focus:
This role will require very strong consultative skills as it will interface with business leaders to understand their objectives, timing, and outcomes – and how to synthesize that into analytical approaches that balances accuracy, speed, and business impact. Conveying that approach and affiliated recommendation in such a way to provide stakeholder support is essential.
Thorough back-end analytics will produce both insights and decision logic for Consumer Marketing leadership to support next-steps or other contemplated actions. Expert results packaging and delivery is required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and credibility with a proven ability to influence broadly across a matrixed organization, create engagement, and drive results. This executive will be articulate and have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen. Key areas of experience include financial services and consumer segments.
