Associate Marketing Manager, Salesforce - ACUVUE

The Associate Marketing Manager (AMM), Salesforce, will develop the global CRM vision for JJV, driving patient loyalty for the ACUVUE® brand. This position plays a crucial role in devising the roadmap for the creation of a robust CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The AMM, Salesforce will enable new and optimize existing CRM journeys, functionality and capabilities to enable successful entry and retention in the contact lens category.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with local and regional marketing teams to understand the consumer and professional mindset and uncover insights-based CRM opportunities.
  • Develop a flexible CRM strategy that maximizes current state technology and data infrastructure while simultaneously working to build capabilities that will support a compelling and relevant future strategy.
  • Partner with brand management, the professional education team and agency partners to use meaningful, engaging content to support CRM strategies and ensure message pull through to CRM communications.
  • Execute rapid test and learns in partnership with local markets to accelerate the evolution of CRM towards increasingly targeted, personalized one-to-one communications
  • Define, monitor and visualize success metrics, generating easily digestible executive reports with meaningful recommendations to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Act as a steward of the Salesforce platform, advising regions of relevant product releases and providing support to grow adoption of self-service capabilities.
  • Serve the regions and local markets as a global CRM expert and connector, transferring learning and best practices globally in partnership with global brand management platform teams.
  • Manage budgets and agency scopes.



  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
  • A Master’s Degree of equivalent is preferred

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience is required, preferably with relevant digital or marketing experience
  • Analytical skills, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social & media analytics and Tableau with ability to mine data for understanding, and insight
  • Understanding of measurement approaches to assess business impact
  • Outstanding business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences


  • Prior experience in CPG, healthcare or direct to consumer in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech or other healthcare preferred
  • Prior experience working with advertising agencies and agency management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels preferred
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud is preferred


  • This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. (Open to remote candidates).
