Digital Cons 2 - Technical Integration:
This role will be responsible for managing Retail Services client and solution providers’ technical integration activities for our API and SDK payment solution.  This solution oriented, creative and organized individual contributor will ground themselves in the needs of our clients and potential clients to connect them with Wells Fargo’s Technology solutions.  This person will have a high degree of comfort providing technology consultation and guidance to clients and solution providers with varying degrees of technical sophistication.  The result of a successful integration will be a client or solution provider who can fluently leverage the API and SDK payment solution to support consumer's e-commerce shopping needs. 

This role will be specifically responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to client and solution provider technical teams through the integration process; includes but not limited to providing technical consultation on how to best integrate client/solution provider systems with the Wells Fargo API and SDK suite, managing testing and supporting client and solution provider implementations of the API and SDK
  • Providing client feedback to the API/SDK product owner and acting as an advocate for client needs when priority is being established for enhancements
  • Seeking consumer insights and identifying unmet consumer needs related to integrating banking capabilities within external systems


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience



Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ year of client relationship management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test plan, strategy and case creation and execution; for client facing web applications
  • Experience leading projects that require integration of multiple technology systems to deliver new online functionality and user experience
  • Ability to manage highly complex integration activities



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ year Private Label Credit Card or Payments experience 
  • 2+ years technical implementation experience

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
