The Role

This senior level position will be responsible for overall strategy development, implementation and management of WIM and bank branch channel partnerships, critical to WF enterprise-wide objectives.  Accountable for achieving capture and retention growth, customer experience and financial objectives while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies.   Responsibilities include providing segment-specific expertise and leadership to senior management across WF business and product groups to ensure focus, resource and investment allocation and implementation of effective business strategies; ensuring advertising and communication investment to implement the Brand position and drive business results; identifying growth opportunities and developing integrated strategies, plans and programs to leverage these opportunities.  This leader will leverage internal partnerships to design and implement appropriate customer research, leverage data capabilities, opportunities that may require enhancement/development/bundling,  create distribution/advertising/ merchandising strategies, develop and deliver targeted sales training, and implement measurement and reporting systems. 

 



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, business development experience, or a combination of both
  • 8+ years of management experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years working in financial services sector with preferable experiencing weighted in mortgage and partner relationships.
  • Requires in-depth strategic thinking and high-level process development and implementation skill set.
  • Further background in advisory services is not required but considered a desired attribute.
  • Ability to independently lead cross-functional teams to drive execution, influence leaders and decision making, develop structured and fact-based approach to problem solving, identify risks and challenges, and build relationships across the organization
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence across a range of partners and multiple levels of leadership; ability to recognize the appropriate level of detail for the audience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented


Job Expectations

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
