This senior level position will be responsible for overall strategy development, implementation and management of WIM and bank branch channel partnerships, critical to WF enterprise-wide objectives. Accountable for achieving capture and retention growth, customer experience and financial objectives while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies. Responsibilities include providing segment-specific expertise and leadership to senior management across WF business and product groups to ensure focus, resource and investment allocation and implementation of effective business strategies; ensuring advertising and communication investment to implement the Brand position and drive business results; identifying growth opportunities and developing integrated strategies, plans and programs to leverage these opportunities. This leader will leverage internal partnerships to design and implement appropriate customer research, leverage data capabilities, opportunities that may require enhancement/development/bundling, create distribution/advertising/ merchandising strategies, develop and deliver targeted sales training, and implement measurement and reporting systems.
