SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Manager

SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Manager in Irving, TX to define scope of the engagement and prepare statement of work. S/he will perform the following duties: balance relationship among budget, staff allocation and project milestones when building work plans and schedules; review the major project estimates and ensure adequate resources are aligned for scheduled and projected tasks; identify and present the strategy to deliver the scope of the work assigned by client; plan and direct the work of direct sub-ordinates and supervisors leading sub-functions of project delivery, monitoring their work; and taking corrective actions when necessary; determine the need to hire new candidates and the number of candidates required; interview and select individuals for assignments to ensure teams have necessary technical, functional and project management capabilities; hire suitable candidates with the help of Accenture Talent Acquisition Group; conduct and lead new joiners training sessions; restructure work and/or reallocate resources in response to changing project requirements; oversee teams in US and India based delivery centers to provide operational support based on contractual SLAs; interact with offshore delivery manager and key leads; conduct Weekly meetings with the onsite and offshore resources; supervise, control and provide directions to onshore Accenture team members who are professionals and/or supervising other teams as part of project delivery; conduct bi-annual goal settings, performance review, talent discussions and feedback to sub-ordinates; monitor progress of subordinates and assist in accomplishing assigned goals; provide periodic feedback to improve an individual's performance; understand career aspirations of subordinates and provide guidance; ensure leads set the goals for the team; review the progress of goal setting process for the team; ensure leads provide constructive feedback to all team members in the group; provide recommendations for salary hike and promotions based on Accenture policies; and prepare and action over an individual performance improvement program for candidates requiring assistance.
