At Wells Fargo, we are looking for talented people who will put our customers at the center of everything we do. We are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity and inclusion in a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired.

Help us build a better Wells Fargo. It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.

Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 5,000 retail branches, 17 contact centers, and 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. CSBB is focused on innovating and transforming with the customer at the center, better enabling customers to engage with us how, when, and wherever they choose. As an industry leader in many consumer and small business areas – including retail deposits, debit card transaction and purchase volume, and small business lending – our primary goal is delivering for our customers.

CSBB Strategy & Transformation leads several strategic functions to drive CSBB's transformation and help its businesses improve customer experience, manage risk, and increase efficiency. Functions include strategic planning, process engineering, global delivery, project management, front line operational risk programs, and resolution and recovery planning across CSBB. The team also leads enterprise expense initiatives and risk transformation efforts for CSBB.

Consumer & Small Business Banking Risk Analytics Monitoring & Surveillance (RAMS) is seeking an experienced professional to play a critical role in the execution of Governance for End-User Computing Tools (EUCTs) and Analytic Solutions across CSBB.
This is an exciting opportunity to implement high quality standards for the governance of a variety of tools and drive compliance with overall risk management policies and procedures. EUCT and Analytic Solutions Governance is an area of expanding focus and scrutiny, requiring a vision for future expectations around identification and management of these tools with an unbounded appetite for a constantly evolving process.

The optimum candidate will be skilled at interacting with Analytic Solutions tool owners, EUCT Coordinators, and other stakeholders during all lifecycle stages in order to ensure governance is effectively and consistently applied over the development and implementation of the tools. This requires a highly organized person that is able to communicate and multi-task effectively and can quickly grasp information communicated in various formats.

Specific duties will include providing guidance on the implementation of EUCT and ASE policy requirements, periodic reporting on CSBB policy compliance and risk mitigation activities as applicable, documenting policy violations, exceptions, or exemptions in the Shared Risk Platform, establishing processes to ensure all EUCTs and Analytic Solutions have been identified, classified, and updated in the appropriate inventories; validating that specific Analytic Solutions are using an approved technology stack, monitoring and tracking to resolution any items that are out of compliance; providing overall guidance to EUCT Coordinators, ensuring that periodic reviews are completed on time; and completing quarterly inventory attestations.  Excellent project management, planning and communication skills are required as this position needs to be highly skilled in anticipating and articulating issues and communicating those issues to different audiences within the organization.
