**What You Will Achieve** Your expertise and skills will help Pfizer build robust financial controls to manage its finance and accounting practices. You will put in place system controls and determine the operation's consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and processes. You will identify internal control gaps in business procedures, processes or systems, and initiate appropriate remedial actions. You will be responsible for Information Systems Governance, including analyzing and validating data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**
+ Oversee, govern, and design IT and application controls.
+ Track a full inventory of established financial, system, and operational controls; ensure they are current and relevant.
+ Coordinate and facilitate annual IT audits and oversee remediation plans.
+ Ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and to a high standard.
+ Maintain, execute, and perform controls using SAP Process Control.
+ Work with functional lines and key customers to understand their needs and issues.
+ Coordinate resolution of any issues, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
+ Take accountability to communicate relevant and timely information to management and other compliance functions and stakeholders.
+ Foster a work climate/culture within the team that exemplifies the Pfizer Core Values.
+ Actively support team's value proposition by keeping processes aligned with the delivery model and global standard, adhering to our internal controls structures and help identifying process improvement opportunities.
+ Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads.
+ Effectively coordinate and drive knowledge sharing through a mix of remote interaction and site visits according to business needs.
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ 2+ years of experience
+ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ Fluent in English
+ Broad knowledge of accounting and auditing
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Experience in managing multiple tasks, competing priorities, and conflicts
+ Strong cognitive skills; ability to reason and form ideas and develops solutions to avoid recurrence
+ Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
+ Information Technology skills, System Application & Products, Hyperion Financial Management / Financial Data Quality Management Smart View experience
+ Experience in dealing with external auditors and overseeing the audit process
+ Experience in preparation of financial statements
+ Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skill
+ Experience with Workday and SAP
