The ideal candidate will possess strong risk management and analytical skills with experience gained either within a first or second line of defense risk management function, combined with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the Front-Line Business Units, Independent Risk Management, and Finance functions across the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the RRO's oversight accountabilities for the Reputation Risk by partnering with various lines of business, risk, and enterprise functional partners in the production of reputation risk loss estimates under various stress scenarios
  • Providing credible challenge of the loss estimates formulated and produced by various work stream partners
  • Participating in the documentation and review of scenario narratives for Reputation Risk within the Company's CCAR  and Recovery and Resolution Planning submissions
  • Supporting the RRO's coordination of the integration of Climate oriented risks into the Company's Risk Framework
  • Assist in drafting of materials for Senior Management with respect to the Reputation and Climate-oriented risks
