Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.  Will perform the duties of our most senior Salesforce developer.  Will lead Salesforce projects and mentor more junior developers.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years of Salesforce developer experience
• 7+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
• 7+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)
• A BS/BA degree or higher

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exposure to Wells Fargo CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
• Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment

• Experience with SWYFT mobility framework

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
