Job no: 492752 Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday The Dining Service Lead follows HACCP guidelines while performing all supervisory jobs in the kitchen and dining room areas. Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 2 years supervisory experience is required (A two year degree in Culinary Arts or Dining Service Administration and supervisory experience preferred). Must be able to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions. Candidates should be safety conscious and able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
