What book have you read that changed your life? |
"Book: "What Are The Leading Causes of Life?" by Therman E. Evans, M.D., Ph.D. is the most recent book that has changed my life. Before asking the above question, Dr. Evans asks "what are the leading causes of death?" This book made me painfully aware that I could immediately recite a long list of causes of death, but found it extremely difficult to identify the leading causes of LIFE. This brought me to the scary realization that if I could not easily identify the leading causes of life, then I was not focused enough on doing the things necessary to EXPERIENCE and ENJOY my life. This book shifted my focus to embrace those things that bring me joy, hence, a richer life, rather than focus those things that take life away.
