Howard U School of Business Honors Program??

I'm a Junior in High School and I want to go to Howard after graduating, it's my first choice. I really want to get into the School of Business Executive Leadership Honors Program (SEBL). My 10-12 GPA is a 3.667, and my total GPA is around a 3.4. I haven't taken SATs yet, but on my PSAT, I scored around what is comparable to a 1700. I'm a cross country runner, and Editor-In-Chief of the school newspaper. What are my chances of getting into the Honors Program?
